What is the Knysna Bull?

The Bull is South Africa’s only individual staged mountain bike race and takes place over 4 days. Each stage consists of 60-70kms of varying terrain built to test strength and endurance – this is not a race to trifle with!

Stage 1:

59kms and 1220m of climbing away those brave enough to take on Stage 1. There is also a 100m Maxxis Enduro segment included 35.5kms into the race which is truly anyone’s game.

Stage 2:

On day two riders hit the Harkerville forest routes to pack another 60kms under their belt. This time the Maxxis Enduro will last for 1.8kms and occur just under 12kms before the finish.

Stage 3:

The third and final stage will see riders seeded from the start as they prepare to tackle some of Knysna’s finest trails before reaching the finish at Simola Golf Estate.
