The design is edgy, the music mixes classics with the latest vibes and the food is meant to be enjoyed – simple, tasty menus created by our Executive Chef, Grant Ludski with all ingredients locally-sourced. Healthy, hearty breakfasts are served daily. Light café-style lunches and bar snacks are served in our Bar Lounge and on the sun deck with pool views while dinners can be a simple burger & fries with the family or a romantic three-course dinner for two with a special South African wine.

Our private dining venue can accommodate up to 16 guests in a wine cellar-styled room with a barrel-vaulted brick ceiling and hand-crafted wood and leather furniture. Perfect for smaller family dinner celebrations, special occasions, breakfast meetings or as a business boardroom, the venue is unique and offers privacy with it’s own outside balcony and full audio-visual facilities.

Social Bar uses the La Verre de Vin™ wine preservation system, which allows us to offer most of the wines on our carefully selected wine list by the glass. The wines featured on the wine list represent a mix of traditional, established South African Wine Estates and new-world wine makers who are sourcing grapes from various regions and making wines that are earning international acclaim.
